Lavender never made a better centerpiece or frosting for a cookie. When we started planning our reception we had a place, a flavor, and an idea. Debbie and Michael took our plan and created a reality far beyond our “different food stations spanning a couple acres with lavender frosted sugar cookies” idea. What our real world experience entailed was delicious, tender chicken satay with house-made peanut sauce BBQ’d and plated to order along with entertainment provided by Nathan. After diving into that over white jasmine rice, a short walk through the trees brought you to fresh salads, fruit, and amazing caprese skewers (all house-made). Another stop nestled in the woods was sliced to order pork tenderloin(smoked in house) island sliders with the most refreshing slaw. Then there was the desserts... flawless as well and beyond anything we could of ever imagined. When we asked them to be part of our mid July afternoon, which was a hot one, we couldn’t of imagined our party becoming what it was. Not only did they provide superior food, service, and creativity but The Catered Table created a masterpiece from our woods, herb, and small plate idea.

"I hired The Catered Table to prepare savory and sweet treats for a reception after my piano recital. The entire experience could not have been better. First of all, Debbie gave me so many fantastic sounding options, I could barely decide! When I finally made my decisions and it came time for the event, the Catered Table crew came to the venue and skillfully and seamlessly got the food all set up. It was beautifully presented but, the best part, is the food tasted GREAT! A lot of times catered food may look pretty, but these treats were made with the finest, freshest ingredients. Everything was delicious! My students and families were raving about it, and many asked who catered the reception. I think the highlight may have been the Nachos, but special touches like spring mix on the ham and turkey sliders and freshly grated orange zest on the creamsicle cupcakes did not go unnoticed!
